Magnesium – do you get enough?

Magnesium is vital to your well being.  Studies show that the majority of people are deficient in magnesium for various reasons.  Did you know that a good way to boost your magnesium levels is by absorbing it through your skin?

 

Since I am not a bath person, I like to do a foot bath while I’m watching TV.  I mix up some magnesium (epsom salts), crushed herbs, and essential oils, and add them to very warm water in my foot bath bucket.  If you put a towel under the bucket, it saves your floor, and provides a place for your feet when you are finished.  It is so relaxing to soak your feet before bed!

So, if you find that you are experiencing muscle cramps, restlessness, fatigue, difficult concentrating or confusion, maybe a foot bath would be a good place to start.
